updating the language in Section 7 (Accessibility Tree) beyond DOM nodes #2938
Description
The wording in Section 7 only ever speaks about DOM nodes. In particular in the definitions for accessibility child/parent/etc.
CSS now generates complex accessibility tree structures (i.e. more than text nodes) e.g. w3c/css-aam#18.
While we still might not be able to specify the accessibility tree, this may lead to problems we might want to fix.
