Summary

Sim Links now uses the shared Resource layout like Tables, Files, and Tests: header with a primary New link, the search + sort toolbar, and a full-width table
Columns: Name (favicon + sim/name), Destination (widest), Description, Created by, Access (Unlisted / Restricted), Updated. Open counts drive Sort → Opens rather than a column, so Destination gets the width
Row click opens the link; right-click gives Open / Copy link / Edit │ Delete (edit and delete only when the viewer may edit), following the Tables context-menu pattern
Sort by Name or Opens in either direction; the list API gains dir, paging by name both ways and returning opens as a single page
The illustrated empty state renders under the column headers; a search with no matches shows an org-scoped no-results state with Clear search
Loading renders the full ResourceChromeFallback chrome (columns, New link, search, sort) until the first page arrives; ResourceNoResults gains an optional searchScope, and shared Resource props accept readonly arrays; OrganizationPageTab is no longer exported now that nothing imports it
Docs tightened and aligned with the UI
