Absolute Johannes factotum

SCP-9187 (?)
SCP-9187 is an old Soviet-style desk lamp that appears ordinary but has a peculiar need for combustible smoking items like cigarettes or cigars. If it doesn't "smoke" within an unpredictable window of three to eleven hours, it becomes increasingly agitated, vibrating and moving erratically, sometimes even floating, and can cause damage to its surroundings while remaining undamaged itself. To calm it down and prevent these violent outbursts, personnel must provide it with a lit smoking implement, which it consumes rapidly without leaving much ash or smoke.
Z (military symbol) (?)
The Latin letter Z, initially painted on Russian military vehicles during the invasion of Ukraine, is believed to have served as an identifier to prevent friendly fire or distinguish different units. However, Russian officials have offered various interpretations, such as "for victory" or "for peace." The symbol quickly evolved into a powerful pro-war propaganda tool within Russia, widely adopted by the government and civilians to express support for the invasion. Internationally, the Z symbol has faced significant censure, with several countries banning its public display and criminalizing its use due to its association with the conflict. Critics have pejoratively likened it to the Nazi swastika, calling it a "zwastika," and its controversial nature has even led some companies and organizations to remove the letter Z from their branding to avoid any unintended association.
