Description
Firefox 159 fixes a bug whereby previously, maxInStage limits (see
GPUSupportedLimits) were adjusted to the values of maxPerStage limits, but those adjustments were not correctly reported in the device limits.Those adjustments are now correctly reported. See https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=2006720, particularly the comments from https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=2006720#c26 onward.
This PR updates the 151 and 159 rel notes to accurately document the situation at each stage. It also adds a section to the GPUSupportedLimits page to explain this adjustment. It's a bit of a weird situation, and hard to understand, and I've tried my best based on the info I've been given.
