The cheminfo organization on GitHub was created in October 2012 in the group of Luc Patiny at EPFL. It gathers open-source JavaScript and TypeScript tools for chemistry, for the browser and Node.js: parsers and converters for analytical data (NMR, mass spectrometry, IR, Raman, UV-vis, XPS, chromatography and more), molecular formulas and structures with OpenChemLib JS, and web applications such as NMRium.
