Impact
REQUIRED: Choose either Tooling Impact or Customer Impact (or both). At least one checkbox must be selected.
Tooling Impact
Updates actions/checkout pins across GitHub workflows on the release branch.
Customer Impact
Regression
REQUIRED: Check exactly one box.
This is not a regression.
Testing
Cherry-pick completed; git diff --check passed. No local tests were run. CI must pass on the backport PR before merge.
Risk
REQUIRED: Check exactly one box.
This changes GitHub Actions workflows used by the release branch. The update is limited to checkout action pins, and successful CI validation is required before merge.
Merge Conflicts
Conflicts in analyze-reusable.yml, dependency-review.yml, linux-ci.yml, and scorecards.yml were resolved by applying the original PR's actions/checkout v7.0.1 pin. The existing release-branch Linux Packaging job and its ci_build dependency were preserved without adding a duplicate job.
