Required Microsoft Store release-pipeline change: keeps localized listing content static in the PDP, substitutes only version-specific release-note placeholders, removes conflicting AppStoreName mutation, and supplies StoreBroker v3's required paired PDP/media-root inputs.

Testing
No automated tests were added because this changes Store pipeline and listing metadata. Recovery validation confirmed the worktree is clean, no conflict markers remain, and
git diff --check upstream/release/v7.6.7..HEADpasses. The adapted resolution was compared with the already merged v7.5 backport (#28063); CI will provide the required pipeline validation before merge.Risk

High risk because this changes Microsoft Store packaging and publishing metadata across release channels. The backport is narrowly scoped to the original change, preserves the release branch's PDP directory layout, matches the already merged v7.5 backport strategy, and will receive full CI validation before merge.
Merge Conflicts
.pipelines/templates/package-store-package.ymlconflicted because release/v7.6.7 uses the legacy.pipelines/store/PDP/PDPlayout while the original PR uses.pipelines/store/PDPs/PDP. Removed the obsolete AppStoreName mutation as intended, preserved the release-branch PDP path, and pointedpdpMediaPathat that same PDP root to satisfy StoreBroker v3 without a media tree. Verified no conflict markers remain andgit diff --checkpasses.
