1. Clone the repository

   git clone https://github.com/Jerrwin/Node-Notes-API.git
   cd Node-Notes-API

2. Install dependencies

   npm install

3. Create a .env file in the root directory

   MONGO_URI=your_mongodb_connection_string_here
   PORT=5000

4. Start the server

   npm run dev

   Server runs at → http://localhost:5000
