chore: build with PHP 8.3.36 - #280

PHP 8.3.36 fixes CVE-2026-109618 and CVE-2026-109619. Both are reached through web requests (mod_php, PHP-FPM, CGI), which DBDiff never serves — it runs PHP on the command line — but its binaries and images carry the PHP they were built with, 8.3.35 in rc.30, and scanners flag it. The binaries now build PHP 8.3.36 exactly (SPC_PHP_RELEASE), which also keys the build caches, so a cached older download is never reused; the binary check fails unless the binary carries that version. The images start from php:8.3.36. setup-php keeps the 8.3 line it needs. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

PHP 8.3.36 fixes CVE-2026-109618 and CVE-2026-109619, rated critical, which the NSA advisory refers to. Both are reached through web requests (mod_php, PHP-FPM, CGI and the like), which DBDiff never serves: it runs PHP on the command line, MySQL and PostgreSQL alike. So it isn't exploitable through DBDiff.
Its binaries and Docker images do carry the PHP they were built with, though: 8.3.35 in rc.30. Security scanners flag that, so the next release should ship 8.3.36.
SPC_PHP_RELEASE). That value also keys the build caches, so a cached older download is never reused.php:8.3.36.setup-phpkeeps the8.3line it needs.🤖 Generated with Claude Code
