Bytes and Bits Conversion Type #8415

• I have searched Google & GitHub for similar requests and couldn't find anything
• I have read and followed the docs and still think this feature is missing

Description

This is very similar to #971 except it would be a nice feature to the ByteSize class if it could also handle bits.

Conversions between bytes to bits where 1 byte is equal to 8 bits and so forth for the range of units (e.g. kb, mb, etc.)
