Design director & engineer
I've led design as a startup's creative director and shipped production code as an engineer — professionally fluent in both. That rare overlap gives me an eye for UX and product most engineers don't have.
Fearless across the stack
Frontend is home base, but unfamiliar domains — backend, mobile, infra — excite me rather than scare me. I dive in, figure it out, and have the shipped work to back it up.
Library & framework author
When the right tool doesn't exist, I build it. Stax is my own reactive UI framework, built on Effect.ts — and it's what powers this very site.
