Spec seems incomplete on this.
Should ensure that we have an interoperable behaviour when we have e.g. a positioned element with anchor-size() that is also a query container, or if it even makes sense to use anchor functions in container query.

Any progress here? Firefox does not animate anchor-size which is a big deal and references this issue as a blocker:
