I have to import two assemblies with the same Namespace, the difference is the version and methods inside each one.
sys.path.append("dll_path_1")
clr.AddReference("test1.dll") #-> It has the namespace as MAINCLASSsys.path.append("dll_path_2")
clr.AddReference("test2.dll") #-> It has the namespace as MAINCLASS
I am not able to specified from which reference I want to call, it always calls the method from the first reference added.
fromMAINCLASSimport ( # It always calls from the test1.dll
...
)
Is it possible to add a reference with alias or import the Namespace with alias?
Is there any other solution for it?

I don't think we support this right now, at least not directly. You can use C#'s built-in reflection primitives.
