Test latest compiler and ide performance when all icons are generated in a project #45

In the past when all icon modules (huge amount of modules or really large single module) were generated it caused a lot of trouble for the compiler and ide (HUGE slowdown in reloading / rebuilding).

The latest purs releases included some cache optimizations and rebuild tracking so it is worth to check if we could pregenerate and include all icons here.

We should take bundle size into consideration.
