   First we should solve implementation issue: What we should do if previous build in pending/running status yet (When we have several workers and parallel builds)?

   May be we should use only last already finished build (for example).

   "Is new?" already working on errors tab.

   "Is new?" flag is searched by unique error hash and isn't binded with last builds directly. And the "Is new?" works just about I decribe (Errors from last running/pennding build may not used).

   And your 2 variants isn't similar. "New erorrs" counts for all time (not for only last build).
