specify http timeout in docker_config.json #2765
Description
allow to read http timeout config from docker_config.json
My pushes of images into registry always fail with http/timeout when waiting for the response from a remote server on confirmation that the layer was pushed. Env variables doesn't fix the issues.
Here is my cmd:
DOCKER_CLIENT_TIMEOUT=600 COMPOSE_HTTP_TIMEOUT=600 docker push custom_image
