rustpython-sre_engine pulls in std transitively via optional #9255

This crate is marked #![no_std]:

But one of its dependencies (optional, version 0.5.0) does not support no_std and pulls in std transitively:

As a result, builds targeting bare-metal or other no_std-only targets fail to compile, even though the crate itself contains no direct std usage.
