static build got core dumped #8449

Summary

The static build for rustpython are success but core dumped while running.

Details

I want to build static bin to remove the dependency for glibc version in different system by following build command:
RUSTFLAGS="-C target-feature=+crt-static" cargo build --target x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu --release
The building is pass but it crashed while running:
./target/x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu/release/rustpython Segmentation fault (core dumped)

If I remove RUSTFLAGS="-C target-feature=+crt-static" , it will execute as expected.

The setup is ubuntu 24.04.
